This panel of experts and judges will explore third-party releases in the post-Purdue Pharma landscape. They will discuss if and when opt-out consent to releases may be permissible, when debtors may be able to use Chapter 15 to obtain releases, and how the particular factual and legal features of a case and of a plan may make the difference in obtaining approval or suffering rejection.
