Hon. Sheryl P. Giugliano

Hon. Sheryl P. Giugliano, has been appointed as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of New York in Central Islip.

Judge Giugliano was previously a partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek P.C., Diamond McCarthy LLP, Silverman Acampora LLP, and Weissman Abruzzo LLP. Judge Giugliano has extensive experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and litigation. Outside private practice, Giugliano served as co-chair of the EDNY Bankruptcy Local Rules Committee and as a member of the SDNY Bankruptcy Local Rules Committee. She also chaired the EDNY Bankruptcy Chapter 11 Lawyers’ Advisory Committee and co-chaired the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Federal and Commercial Litigation Section.
